Model of Care
We work with youth/families living with Type 1 Diabetes from our clinical/professional perspectives as well as through lived experience.
We aim to support, empower, educate, and strengthen individuals as well as the communities of care surrounding those living with T1D. This is achieved through the direct support services provided at Ripple in Kind CARE and also our commitment to participate/volunteer in efforts with local community advocacy groups.
