Dr. Jenna provides psychotherapy services to folx across the developmental lifespan (ages 3+) for individual, parent/family, and groups. She specializes with folx who identify as neurodiverse and sexual & gender diverse+ who are:

Adults seeking support for processing and healing from childhood traumatic stress that may show up as current symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and interference in relationships, work, or day to day functioning. Dr. Jenna works from a compassion focused model of care aiming to bring understanding to your unique experiences of distress and integrating personal, values-driven, and accessible strategies for relief.

Young Children (3-12 yo) presenting with concerns about neurodevelopment or mental health such as autism spectrum, ADHD, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, and supporting healthy childhood identity, social, and emotional development. Dr. Jenna integrates a play based model of care utilizing compassion, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills. Caregiver/parent focused sessions are considered a critical part of therapy services with young children.  

Teens (13+ yo) presenting with depression, self-harm, anxiety, and identity or relational challenges that lead to disruptions in relational (social, family), academic, and personal wellbeing. Dr. Jenna specializes working with youth who identify as gender and/or sexually diverse toward healthy identity development, pride, community connectedness, and integration. She integrates a client centered model of care utilizing compassion, mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills.
