Service Fees

  • Full Fee: $735/hour

    Assessment time can range from 6-10 hours depending on the referral question and assessments required.

  • Full Fee: $315/hour

  • Initial Evaluation: $890-1750, range based on complexity of evaluation

    Follow-up Care: $210/hour

We are contracted with MediCal-Health Plan San Mateo for OT & Psychotherapy services and LYRA (EAP) for Psychotherapy services. 

We are committed to being a service that supports equitable access to quality care and have a limited number of sliding scale slots for all services. We utilize the following resource to guide sliding scale fees. Sliding Scale: Tool of Economic Justice (Cunningfolk, 2015)  ​

We are otherwise Fee for Service and provide super-bills for reimbursement (rates are determined by your insurance provider). ​Please contact your insurance company about how to file claims for reimbursement for out-of-network costs or eligibility to qualify for in-network reimbursement.  You may also consider funds from resources such as a financial savings account to cover the services cost.
